1. Free application for super e membership upon filling in online form at eShop or social media pages of city'super or LOG-ON, or visiting our physical stores. An administration fee of HK$40 will apply if a super e member requests for a physical card.
2. One HK$50 eCoupon can be used for each HK$200 spent at city'super, LOG-ON or cookedDeli stores, two HK$50 eCoupons for each HK$400 spent, and so on. Combined receipts will not be accepted. Reward eCoupons are automatically issued by the system the following day based on the spending record. The total value of an eCoupon will be deducted in full when used. Any unused points balance will be forfeited. Valid for 60 days; any expired or invalid eCoupons will not be re-issued. Terms and conditions apply. Look for ‘eCoupon’ section in FAQ.
3. Please visit our Customer Service Counter at city'super stores to enroll for superlife culture club classes. As for LOG-ON ToGather activities, please call our Fashion Walk store at 2596 8333 direct.
4. A super e-gold member can entitle 10 Reward eCoins for every 40,000 points upon anniversary date, 20 Reward eCoins for 80,000 points, and so on. Reward eCoins redemption is available on super e-gold exclusive redemption website and valid within 60 days after anniversary day while stocks last. The points balance will be reset to zero upon reaching anniversary date and no redemption arrangement can be made with fewer points than the minimum of 40,000. Any unused points balance, expired or invalid Reward eCoins will be forfeited and will not be re-issued.
5. A super e-gold member can enjoy two complimentary cooking classes at superlife culture club per year, one in their birthday month and the other in their anniversary month. Each month is limited to 50 registered e-gold members, on a first-come-first-serve basis. Expired offers will not be re-issued.
6. Member discounts are not applicable to city'super Gift Card, Shopping Voucher, discounted and specified items/counters, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion offers. Please refer to instore price tag and promotional materials for details.
7. 10% discount is applicable to these affiliated merchants - Anteprima, Atsuro Tayama, INDIVI, OZOC, Pearly Gates, Furla, Heroic Rendezvous, Cocktail and Vetement.
8. Dedicated Checkout Counters for super e-gold members are available at Times Square, Harbour City and New Town Plaza city'super stores.
9. Priority Phone Ordering or Hotline Services are available at 2277 3288. (Business Hours: Monday to Friday 10:00am to 6:00pm. except Public Holidays.)
10. Free home delivery service is available for e-gold and super e members upon net spending of HK$400 and HK$800 respectively. For orders worth less, a HK$100 delivery charge will be levied. An extra HK$100 will be charged for re-delivery arrangements.
