Members must log in to the Christmas Hamper web page (https://hamper.citysuper.com.hk) to enjoy the offers. Loyalty points and spending will be accumulated correspondingly. No retrospective arrangements will be made.
For more than one delivery address, please fill in separate form or provide the delivery information in MS Excel / MS Word Format.
Home Delivery Service
** Applicable to Christmas Hampers listed on the website only.
# Applicable to single delivery address only. Extra HK$120 will be charged for re-delivery arrangements.
Home Delivery Service is available for Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Tung Chung, Chek Lap Kok, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and Disneyland (except outlying islands and restricted area in airport).
Christmas Hamper Home Delivery Schedule: 4 (Wed) December - 19 (Thu) December 2024
Delivery on Monday to Friday: 10:00am - 6:00pm
Delivery on Saturday: 10:00am - 1:00pm
(No delivery service on Sunday and Public Holidays.)
(Delivery service is only available on Monday and Friday for Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and Disneyland.)
Christmas Hamper Order Deadline: 18 (Wed) December 2024 (12:00noon)
For the order and delivery details of early bird offer, please refer to our website.(As we have a daily delivery quota, delivery schedule will be arranged on a first-come, first-served basis.)
Order cut off time is 12:00noon for next-day delivery.
Please allow 2-3 working days after receipt of your order and payment for delivery arrangement.
For any delivery changes after order confirmation, please inform us at least 2 working days (before 12:00noon) prior delivery at 8105 7888.
An extra HK$120/hamper will be charged for changes of delivery date later than 2 working days before the original confirmed delivery date, before 12:00noon.
Deliveries will be suspended if there is a public event or if the black rainstorm signal or typhoon signal no. 8 or above is hoisted. When the public event ends or when black rainstorm signal or typhoon signal no. 8 is cancelled, deliveries will resume within 24 hours. All deliveries that day and for the next two days will be subject to delay.
Our staff will contact you upon receipt of your order to confirm the delivery date. Final confirmation is subject to city'super’ s schedule.

Terms & Conditions
It is illegal to sell alcohol to people under the age of 18 in Hong Kong. By placing an order through the Internet, the customer confirms that he/she is 18 years old or above. The customer shall ensure that no person will use his/her login to purchase alcohol products. A person aged 18 or above must be present to accept delivery or company reserves the right to withdraw the transaction.
The merchandise listed on this website is available while stock lasts.
Out of stock merchandise will be substituted by similar items of same value without prior notice.
Items sold are non-refundable nor exchangeable.
Should the merchandise be found to be defective, it can be exchanged, in the original packaging, provided the customer informs city'super at 8105 7888 within 3 days of receiving it. The defective merchandise and an original receipt are required as proof of purchase.
