The Early Bird Offer is valid until Sunday, 6 December 2026. Offers submitted after the applicable promotion period will not be accepted, and retrospective claims will not be entertained.

Offer 1: Discount Offer

Customers can enjoy a special discount on Christmas hampers from Monday, 12 October to Sunday, 6 December 2026.
Customers can enjoy a special discount of 15%.
Hampers X2631 and X2632 are excluded.

Offer 2: Early Delivery Shopping Voucher Offer

During the Early Bird Offer period, customers who select *Early Delivery and make a single net purchase of HK$3,000 or more on Christmas hampers will receive a HK$200 city’super shopping voucher.
*Early Delivery applies to deliveries scheduled from Tuesday, 1 December to Tuesday, 8 December 2026.
The shopping voucher may be collected from designated stores starting Friday, 8 January 2027. Voucher collection by Sunday, 31 January 2027. Limited to one voucher per customer.
Customers who select *Early Delivery can also enjoy the special discount under Offer 1.

Enjoy special complimentary delivery to a single location for all Christmas hampers listed in the “2026 Christmas Hamper Catalogue”, excluding X2624 and X2625. For X2624 and X2625, a point-to-point delivery fee of HK$150 per delivery location applies.#

Home Delivery Service is available for Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Tung Chung, Chek Lap Kok, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and Disneyland (except outlying islands and restricted area in airport).
Christmas Hamper Home Delivery Schedule:
3 (Thur) - 19 (Sat) December 2026
Delivery on Weekdays: 10:00am - 6:00pm
Delivery on Saturday: 10:00am - 6:00pm (No delivery service on Sunday and Public Holidays.)
(Delivery service is only available on Monday and Friday for Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and Disneyland.)

For the order and delivery details of early bird offer, please refer to our website.
(As we have a daily delivery quota, delivery schedule will be arranged on a first-come, first-served basis.)
Order cut off time is 12:00noon for next-day delivery.
Please allow 2-3 working days after receipt of your order and payment for delivery arrangement.
For any delivery changes after order confirmation, please inform us at least 2 working days (before 12:00noon) prior delivery at 8105 7888.
An extra HK$150/hamper will be charged for changes of delivery date later than 2 working days before the original confirmed delivery date, before 12:00noon.
Deliveries will be suspended if there is a public event or if the black rainstorm signal or typhoon signal no. 8 or above is hoisted. When the public event ends or when black rainstorm signal or typhoon signal no. 8 is cancelled, deliveries will resume within 24 hours. All deliveries that day and for the next two days will be subject to delay.
Our staff will contact you upon receipt of your order to confirm the delivery date.
Final confirmation is subject to city’super’s schedule.

city’super super e-gold and super e members can earn loyalty points on the net purchase amount, excluding delivery charges.
Items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Limited quantities are available, while stocks last. Out-of-stock merchandise will be substituted with similar items of the same value.
